PositionPurpose :
We are looking foran experienced SalesManager (Digital MarketingServices) responsible for driving sales growth developing andimplementing effective sales strategies managing a team of salesconsultants and ensuring company growth.
The Sales Manager willplay a crucial role in achieving revenue targets expanding marketshare and enhancing the overall sales performance of thecompany.
Education &ProfessionalQualification :
Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputedUniversity.
Experience :
4to 5 years of proven work experience in a similarrole.

Responsibilities :
- Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesand revenue targets.
- Identify newbusiness opportunities and develop relationships with potentialclients.
- Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities forgrowth.
- Oversee the sales processfrom lead generation to closing ensuring a seamless customerexperience.
- Conduct cold calls andsales presentations to prospectiveclients.
- Negotiate contracts andpricing agreements with clients to maximizeprofitability.
- Analyze sales dataand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas forimprovement.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing and operations to drivesales initiatives and achieve companyobjectives.
- Stay updated on industrytrends best practices and new technologies to enhance saleseffectiveness.
