Amidst the wave of renewable energy construction in Canada and Ontario, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will support the Engineering team by applying their engineering knowledge to review documentation for constructability and compliance with specifications. This role requires a flexible, team-oriented individual with strong communication and client service skills, serving as a key liaison between field personnel and the general contractor's or owner's engineering / design team.

• Apply engineering knowledge to review documentation for constructability and compliance with specifications.
• Act as a liaison between field personnel and the engineering / design team.
• Ensure strong communication and client service throughout the project.

Work Environment

The candidate must be located in Ontario and will work remotely, with occasional visits to the office in Cambridge for team meetings and events, as well as site travels. These visits will not exceed once a month, with a per diem provided. The engineering team is a tight-knit, collaborative, and supportive group, currently consisting of four members, including a Senior Engineering Manager, a Senior Project Engineer, and two s Project Coordinators. The team is dedicated to teaching and developing team members to become integral parts of the engineering team.

Ce rôle nécessite une personne flexible, orientée vers le travail d'équipe, avec de solides compétences en communication et en service client, servant de lien clé entre le personnel de terrain et l'équipe d'ingénierie / conception du maître d'œuvre ou du propriétaire.

Environnement De Travail

Le candidat doit être situé en Ontario et travaillera à distance, avec des visites occasionnelles au bureau à Cambridge pour des réunions et des événements d'équipe, ainsi que des voyages sur site. Ces visites ne dépasseront pas une fois par mois, avec un per diem fourni. L'équipe d'ingénierie est un groupe soudé, collaboratif et solidaire, actuellement composé de quatre membres, dont un gestionnaire d'ingénierie sr., un ingénieur de projet sr. , et deux coordinateurs de projet sr. . L'équipe est dédiée à l'enseignement et au développement des membres de l'équipe pour qu'ils deviennent des parties intégrantes de l'équipe d'ingénierie.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
