Position Summary
The Plant Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, will primarily be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing environment. This position will develop strategic performance metrics and targets that are consistent with company goals. This role will also seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and undertake continuous improvement objectives. The Plant Manager must be a positive role model in the workplace, displaying adaptability, leadership, and innovation.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates, the base pay range for this position is $113, 299 to $120,091 per year. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is discretionary.
