You will provide advanced troubleshooting and hardware support for Mac OS environments, ensuring that end users have reliable, secure, and high-performing systems. Key Responsibilities
Advanced Mac OS Support
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support for Mac OS environments, addressing issues with operating systems, hardware, software, and configurations.
- Perform Mac OS installations, upgrades, and patching, ensuring that endpoints meet corporate security and compliance standards.
- Configure and manage Mac-specific settings, preferences, and security features to support user productivity and data protection.
Hardware Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and repair hardware issues for Macs (desktops, laptops) and related peripherals (monitors, docking stations, printers, etc.).Assist with setup, deployment, imaging, and lifecycle management of Mac devices.Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware repairs and warranty claims.Support Apple mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) in conjunction with Mac OS environments.Ensure seamless integration of mobile and desktop environments, including secure access and application management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
