Responsibilities :

Partner with management to proactively source talent for criticalskill areas and build a talent pipeline for our ContactCenter.

Create and executestrategic sourcing plans to attract top talent both passive andactive.

Coach managers on therecruiting process interview techniques and selectioncriteria.

Stay current onrecruitment trends in the investment space by maintaining andenhancing a network of contacts in the industry participating inindustry events and professionalassociations.

Internally marketour services to employees and managers promoting our value add andexpertise.

Drive the candidateselection process and ensure managers have the tools needed toselect the most qualifiedcandidate.

Manage and / orparticipate in projects asneeded.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Bilingual in English and French (spoken andwritten).

Organized anddetailoriented with a proactiveapproach.

Experience usingalternative sourcing methods with a focus on social media andnetworking tools.

2 to 5 years ofrecruiting in the financial servicesindustry.

Demonstrated success intaking a consultative approach with internal and external clientswhile providing businesssolutions.

Ability to navigate anenvironment with multiple and shifting priorities withease.
