In this role, you’ll manage the full service cycle—from customer intake to the release of equipment—while ensuring a smooth, informed, and high-quality experience every step of the way.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service from intake to equipment release
Assess equipment and recommend repair plans and pricing
Coordinate with the Parts Department and Technicians to ensure timely service
Communicate service updates clearly and professionally to customers
Answer questions about repairs, services, and estimates
Maintain organized and accurate service records
Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-ups
Serve as a key customer relationship manager
✅ What You Bring
2+ years’ experience in a Service Writer or Service Counter role (automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industries)
Strong technical aptitude or background in construction equipment, trucking, or automotive service
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency (Windows, DMS / Dealer Management Software a plus)
Bobcat product knowledge is an asset
Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract
Positive attitude, reliability, and customer-first mindset
