Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors
- Manage mail, messengers and emails
- Manage documents reception
- Oversee Inventory
- Respond to requests to letters and various documents
- Maintain phone lists, Monthly follow-ups
- Maintain machines and other equipment
- Print Copies of Invoices and file documents
- Process Bank Deposits
- Assist accounts payable clerk with document processing
- Monitor parking ticket files
Qualifications
- Diploma of Vocational Studies or Equivalent
- Five years experience
- Bilingual English / French written and spoken
- Basic accounting an asset
- Strong knowledge of excel and word
