Job description

You should have these TWO criteria to be able to apply :

1. Comfortable with both languages (French and English) = good French (verbal and written) as well as functional English (verbal and written)

2. You already work or have recent experience in the DENTAL FIELD or other field PRIVATE HEALTH.

A 4-day / week position (no evenings or weekends) in our modern clinic focused on quality.

The profile sought is someone mature, respectful, serious in their work (rigorous), stable in their previous jobs, flexible, who learns quickly and who is comfortable with the public = able to assert themselves (assertive), comfortable with the basics of computers / numbers and to follow the clinic's protocols.

Dentitek time and billing software.

Dental assistants are welcome
and will receive a salary bonus.

Job description :

Take phone messages and contact patients.

Filter calls according to specific criteria,

Welcome patients and update their file,

Schedule appointments,

Confirm appointments by phone, email and text messaging,

Make payments for patients.

Collection of insurance deposits / checks,

Management of clinic emails and correspondence,

Reminder of patients for their hygiene and treatment appointments.

Any other task related to the dental secretariat.

Schedule at 4 days / week from Monday to Thursday

Mon : 9 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

Tue : 8 : 45 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

Wed : 8 : 45 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

Thu : 8 : 45 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
