Were seeking a strategic, results-driven Automotive General Manager to take the wheel and lead our dealership to the next level of success. In this high-impact leadership role, youll oversee all aspects of the dealershipfrom sales and service to finance and fixed operationswhile building a motivated team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Location: 202408 Sunset Strip Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 5N7 (Nissan)

Hours: Varies - Monday to Saturday

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Follow the daily checklist for the department
• Oversee and manage all staff within the location
• Track and report sales performance, oversee fixed operations, and property management
• Ability to manage several customer needs at any given time
• Manage inventory levels based on seasonally demanding product lines
  
• Manage growth and profitability of the business
• Build relationships with customers
• Provide training for all forward positions
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
• Ability to manage and meet all government inspections within a permitted time period
• Other duties as required

What You Bring to the Table:

Applicants must have a desire and passion for the automotive industry with a strong management background!

• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry
• Sales experience required
• Valid G Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by all relevant safety requirements.
  
• Positive Teamwork Attitude
• Strong computer & leadership skills
  
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
