Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for service customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience. Your main responsibilities will include greeting service customers, offering refreshments, engaging in conversations about their current vehicle, and assisting with vehicle appraisals. The goal is to generate interest in upgrading to a new vehicle by providing exceptional service and support to the sales team. This position plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales process.
Job Responsibilities :
Greet service customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
Offer refreshments (popcorn, beverages) and ensure customers feel comfortable while they wait.
Engage customers in conversations about their current vehicles, understanding their needs and satisfaction level.
Provide information on potential upgrades or new vehicle options, highlighting benefits and features.
Assist customers with vehicle appraisals and help evaluate the condition of their current vehicles.
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to the sales team and facilitate the sales process.
Support the sales team by tracking customer interactions and providing leads on potential vehicle upgrades.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and inviting customer area and ensure that refreshments are always available.

Ideal Requirements :
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers in friendly conversation.
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Ability to assess customer needs and make recommendations.
Basic understanding of automotive terminology and vehicle features.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and interact with customers in a busy service environment.
