Junior Paralegal
Contribute to the meticulous management of corporate annual obligations. This role offers a structured, hybrid, and bilingual environment, ideal for an entry-level paralegal seeking to specialize in the processing of regulatory filings and compliance follow-ups in support of an established legal practice.

Responsibilities :
Prepare and file annual corporate returns under provincial and federal jurisdictions.Ensure corporate records remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations.Update corporate records, including minute books and shareholder registers.Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and government authorities in both French and English, depending on the files.Manage regulatory follow-ups and deadline reminders to prevent non-compliance.Review and organize legal documents within internal systems.Respond to internal and external requests related to statutory filings.Participate in the continuous improvement of existing processes.What you will need to succeed :
Diploma in legal techniques or a degree in law.1 year of experience in a similar role, in a law firm or corporate setting.Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Canadian corporations.Bilingual in French and English to manage communications, legal documents, and filings with federal or provincial authorities in both official languages.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discipline.Team-oriented mindset with a strong internal client service approach.Why Recruit Action?
