Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon un horaire de soir à Mirabel et s"effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

Vos objectifs en tant que Spécialiste Qualité
Sous le gestionnaire qualité, vous serez responsable d"enquêter la validité et la qualité du produit et des procédés afin de trouver des solutions aux non-conformités des pièces provenant de la production (non-conformités reliées à l'assemblage et/ou aux défauts fournisseurs).
Vous assurerez l'intégrité du produit et du contrôle de la Qualité et effectuerez des inspections visuelles au besoin.
Vous aurez à interagir au quotidien avec les différentes équipes, soient l"ingénierie, la production, l"après-vente, les différents partenaires, les fournisseurs, etc.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien, chaque jour de nouveaux défis :
- Travailler en collaboration avec notre equip US pour compléter des investigations qualité causant des non-conformités sur les pièces et s"assurer de mettre en place des actions correctives, préventives et de contrôle interne;
- En utilisant les outils d"amélioration continue (DAISE, RCCA, 8D…) coordonner et documenter les investigations des problèmes qualités causés durant l"assemblage;
- Suivi des KPIs qualité afin d"assurer l"implémentation d"actions pour réduire les coûts de non-qualité; incluant la publication des rapports mensuels de l"équipe qualité.
- Gérer les échappés des fournisseurs et de la chaîne de montage, en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Gérer des cliniques qualité tactiques en collaboration avec les assembleurs et les différentes équipes support du centre moteur.

Incontournables :
- DEC ou DEP en aéronautique avec au moins 4 ans d"expérience ou;
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie avec au moins 2 ans d"expérience
Bons atouts nécessaires :
- Bonne connaissance de moteur d'avion
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite, en français et en anglais;
- Expertise et connaissance techniques de la fabrication des pièces aéronautiques;
- Expérience en lecture de plans et tolérances géométriques;
- Connaissance des outils Microsoft (obligatoire);
- Connaissance de processus de résolution de problèmes (ex. : RCCA, DAISE, 8D);
- Expérience en contrôle de la qualité et utilisation d"instruments de mesure;
- Bonne communication interpersonnelle;
- Aptitude démontrée pour le travail en équipe;
- Habileté à mener plusieurs tâches simultanément;
- Connaissance du système SAP (un atout).

This is a full-time Evening shift position from Monday to Friday, based in Mirabel, and performed exclusively on-site.

Your objectives as a Quality Specialist
Under the quality manager, you will be responsible for investigating the validity and quality of the product and processes to find solutions to non-conformities of parts from production (non-conformities related to assembly and/or supplier defects).
You will ensure the integrity of the product and quality control and carry out visual inspections if necessary.
You will have to interact daily with the different teams, be it engineering, production, after-sales, different partners, suppliers, etc.

- Share your passion and strengthen the quality culture by setting up projects and initiatives that cultivate an environment where quality is valued by all employees.
- Maintain the customer perspective during the disposition of non-compliant material.
- Compliance is key and will require you to adopt a procedure review process to ensure the proper understanding and adoption of these procedures.

Day-to-day

- Work in collaboration with US team to complete quality investigations causing non-conformities on parts and ensure corrective, preventive and internal control actions are put in place.
- Using continuous improvement tools (DAISE, RCCA, 8D...) coordinate and document the investigations of quality problems caused during assembly.
- Monitoring of quality KPIs to ensure the implementation of actions to reduce non-quality costs; including the publication of monthly reports of the quality team.
- Manage the escapes of suppliers and the assembly line, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage tactical quality clinics in collaboration with the assemblers and the various support teams of the engine center.

Essential:
- DEC or DEP in aeronautics with at least 4 years of experience or;
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 2 years of experience

Good assets necessary:
- Good knowledge of the aircraft engine
- Good verbal and written communication, in French and English.
- Expertise and technical knowledge of the manufacture of aeronautical parts.
- Experience in reading planes and geometric tolerances.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (mandatory).
- Knowledge of problem-solving processes (e.g. RCCA, DAISE, 8D).
- Experience in quality control and use of measuring instruments.
- Good interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork.
- Ability to conduct multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the SAP system (an asset).
