We are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated Recruitment Advisor for a large organization in south Burnaby. This role is with a company expanding across Canada within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities :

• Full cycle recruitment for office locations across Canada
• Posting jobs and screening applicants
• Presenting candidates to hiring managers / scheduling interviews
• Preparing offer letters, negotiate salaries
• Conducting recruitment reports
• Assist with onboarding and HR support as needed
