Job Summary

The Attendant, HSF serves the mission of the YMCA of Lethbridge by ensuring the proper use of fitness equipment and maintaining the safety of patrons. The main goals of this position are :

• Ensure patrons are following proper safety guidelines.
• Monitor aspects of the fitness floor and fieldhouse, assisting and supporting with daily operations including facilitation of classes and programming.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Pay $19.00 / Hr.
• Full‑time role. Shift starting at 4 : 45 AM – 1 : 15 PM, Monday‑Friday.
