Job Summary : The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall management, development, and success of programs within the organization. This includes the design, planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. The Program Coordinator works closely with staff, stakeholders, and partners to ensure programs deliver high-quality outcomes and meet the needs of the community or population served.

Data & Reporting
Prepare and submit reports to funders, board members, and other stakeholders, highlighting program achievements and challenges.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, public health, nonprofit management) or a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, including staff supervision and budget oversight, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
