Job description : As a member of management, you will act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team to meet the store’s objectives. You make sure everything is done efficiently so that employees can serve customers without worry. In this role, you will collaborate with senior managers and will have a full day of responsibilities.

• Hiring and onboarding new employees with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
• Ensuring that the Explore+ rewards program, transactional policies, and exchange policies are followed
• Coordinating warehouse operations from product receiving to availability while respecting deadlines and operating efficiently during busy periods
• Serving as the point of reference for applying department standards and policies, including customer service and health & safety
• Mobilizing, coaching, and empowering the team by sharing the company and management vision
• Ensuring departmental objectives are met by structuring and organizing the work to be done
• Creating a selling and customer‑experience culture in the department
