Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IT projects from planning through completion, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of assigned clients and systems, proactively identifying risks, improvements, and opportunities.
- Provide both remote and on‑site “White Glove” IT support, delivering calm, professional, and confidence‑inspiring service.
- Administer and support client cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid on‑prem / cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across networking, servers, endpoints, and cloud services.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client environments, configurations, and procedures.
- Use the ticketing system effectively to prioritize work, document resolutions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Act as a technical escalation point for junior team members when needed.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices for clients.
- Take ownership of specific products, platforms, or technical domains, becoming a trusted internal and client‑facing expert.
- Participate in special projects, migrations, and client onboarding initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting business IT environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.Strong understanding of IP networking (TCP / IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, Wi‑Fi).Experience with hybrid on‑prem / Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and calmly.Professional presence and confidence when working directly with clients.Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Industry‑related diploma, degree, and / or relevant certifications.Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation.Nice to Have
Low‑voltage cabling and termination experience.Experience with audio, video, or automation technologies.Experience supporting executive clients and high‑net‑worth individuals.Experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians.Salary
$80,000 – $90,000 per year depending on experience.
