Youll help lead our front-end team in delivering a smooth friendly and efficient checkout experience that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. • Deliver warm confident and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Greet engage process and bag customer purchases collecting accurate tenders using Farm Boy Customer Service Standards.
• Supervise the front-end team and provide floor support by delegating tasks coordinating meal breaks completing 2x2s and ensuring daily readiness for business.
• Support a culture of trust and inclusion by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations service standards and service excellence.
• Assist the management team with opening and closing procedures overrides cart retrieval cash-office balancing and handling returns and refunds.
• Support front-office administration including inventory management supply ordering and schedule adjustments.
• Delegate tasks to ensure timely and effective completion of closing procedures.
• Assist with the safe handling and sale of alcohol at applicable locations (Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain).
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety Food Safety HACCP compliance and proper equipment use.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
