Critical Environment Technologies (CET) is a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer of gas detection and indoor air quality systems based in Delta, BC. CET has designed and developed more than 50 different products that are sold in all states and provinces and can be found in more than 20 countries globally. Our transmitters, controllers and self-contained units are installed in commercial HVAC, institutional, municipal, and industrial applications all over the world.

ABOUT YOU :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with a strong technical background and an eye for accuracy. Youll work closely with our Application Engineers to review mechanical and electrical plans, build quotations, prepare submittals, and support the configuration of our gas detection systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technical drawings and has a knack for pulling together information to create clear and accurate proposals. You dont need to have gas detection experience just bring your problem-solving mindset and well handle the training.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review mechanical and electrical drawings and project specifications
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements and system designs
• Develop and format submittal packages and wiring diagrams for projects
• Assist Application Engineers with system configurations and shop drawings
