Our client, operating within the property management sector, is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their Payroll team.
You will join another Payroll & Benefits Specialist, the Payroll Accountant, Payroll Analyst and Payroll Director in ensuring all employees are paid without any errors.
As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for full cycle payroll and benefits administration and be one of the main points of contact for any payroll or benefit related queried.
Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for 350+ employees bi-monthly
- Manage Benefits Administration including updates, new hire orientation, employee status changes
- Conduct Payroll reconciliations and journal entries
