Our client, operating within the property management sector, is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their Payroll team. You will join another Payroll & Benefits Specialist, the Payroll Accountant, Payroll Analyst and Payroll Director in ensuring all employees are paid without any errors.

As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for full cycle payroll and benefits administration and be one of the main points of contact for any payroll or benefit related queried.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for 350+ employees bi-monthly
• Manage Benefits Administration including updates, new hire orientation, employee status changes
• Conduct Payroll reconciliations and journal entries

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 3+ years processing full cycle payroll
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
• Experience in processing union payroll is considered an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
