We are located in Delta, BC and have an immediate opening.  YOU HAVE

• A valid forklift license and 1-3 years stock or inventory experience, an asset
• Familiarity with ERP systems, PICs knowledge an asset
• Proficiency with Excel
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and products
• Ability to read and analyze Information
• Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines  WHAT WILL YOU DO
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols including loading and unloading shipments
• Inspect received materials for any damage, count discrepancies and identify quality issues
• Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices
• Record received materials in the company's ERP system or other designated software
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries and shipments and organize pick-ups by dealers
• Transport and store materials to their designated locations, organizing racks and shelves for easy access
• Document orders, materials and any stock movements
• Keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean
• Pick orders and prepare for shipment
• Perform light repairs on product and light maintenance and repairs of warehouse
• Work with Sales team regarding inventory data and order queries
• Perform office tasks
• Order office and warehouse supplies
• Coordinate office cleaners
• Answer phones
