Asan Operations Manager you ll oversee the daytoday operations androutine maintenance of building systems ensuring tenantsatisfaction and operational efficiency.
You re driven by acommitment to customer service and take pride in the quality ofwork and service provided by your team.
Your role involvescollaborating with individuals at all levels tenants externalvendors and corporate teams (HR IT Leasing etc.
as well as workingclosely with the Property Manager General Manager and other onsitemanagement. You bring a strong track record in leading projectsimplementing preventive maintenance plans for large commercialproperties and driving operational efficiencies.
You re innovativeforwardthinking and focused on achieving key performance indicatorsand financialobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities
- Leadership&Training : Provide direction and training to the building operations teamenhancing team skills andproductivity.
- ProjectManagement : Oversee projects and initiatives related to building operationsensuring tasks are completed efficiently and ontime.
- Energy& SustainabilityInitiatives : Identify and implement energy efficiency programs and sustainableoperationsstrategies.
- Budget& ExpenseControl : Manage operational expenses within established budgets seeking waysto optimize costs and improveefficiency.
- ESGStrategy : Actively participate in the ESG team collaborating to identify andimplement environmental social and governancestrategies.
WhatYouBring
- Experience : Minimum 8 10 years in dynamic building operations preferably withincommercial realestate.
- SupervisorySkills : Proven experience in managing site staff including MaintenanceWorkers Building Operators Day Porters andSecurity.
- ESG&Compliance : Handson experience with ESG programs compliance and reporting (e.g.BOMA BEST LEEDFitwel).
- Education&Certification : Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field; certificationsin BES SMT HVAC or 4th / 5th Class Engineer designation are aplus.
PreferredSkills &Experience
- TechnicalKnowledge : Familiarity with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systemstroubleshooting and building / fire coderequirements.
- Budgeting : Experience in property operationsbudgeting.
- TechnologyProficiency : Proficient with software applications (Word PowerPoint Excel)smartphones and work order systems (e.
g. Yardi Angus BuildingEngines).
- Flexibility : Available for flexible hours and able to respond toemergencies.
- DriversLicense : Valid driver s licenserequired.
