With the support of your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that your team provides the best possible customer service. When you’re working as acting manager, your tasks will include meeting overall goals, maintaining corporate standards, and motivating your team to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales : Optimize performance and profitability; train team members on sales techniques and product features; analyze sales results and develop improvement strategies; schedule employees to manage payroll cost‑effectively; communicate sales goals and provide a warm welcome to customers.Human Resources : Mobilize the team; cultivate a positive work environment; articulate vision, mission, and brand culture; lead as an inspiring role model; recruit, prepare, and train new employees; plan work schedules and manage absences; participate in performance evaluations.Marketing and Visual Presentation : Master product knowledge; create an attractive store based on planograms; keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity; build a loyal customer base; schedule incoming orders and set up visual displays; maintain store cleanliness; collaborate with mall administration.Administration : Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales; open and close the store; manage controllable expenses; follow policies and procedures of head office departments; perform other duties as needed to support the team.Permanent, full‑time position.
