Hours : 35 / week, Mon–Fri between 7am–5pm

Join the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) as a Customer Service Representative and help support our mission of keeping Ontarians safe. This 9‑month term role begins February 2026 and offers a hybrid work model based out of our Cambridge office. This position requires the ability to communicate in French and English. Must have a good knowledge of English and French around the use of software packages, accounting principles and fundamentals and a proficiency in keyboard operation.
There will be a speaking French assessment.
