Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a full‑time, on‑site position located in Burlington, ON. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives, planning and coordinating events, developing promotional materials, managing projects related to marketing campaigns, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage company website & social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Create, schedule, & publish engaging social media content
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and compile analytic reports
• Support the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, & product launches
• Coordinate with sales and other departments on marketing initiatives
• Support preparation for conferences, trade shows, and virtual events (logistics, materials, promotions)
