UI / UX Designer — Full Time

Location : Victoria, BC (Hybrid)

Start Date : Flexible (ideally December 2025)

Compensation : We offer a healthy and transparent annual salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 CAD, plus benefits and participation in our ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan), per terms. We’re more interested in finding the right person than simply fitting someone into a number.

Eligibility : Open to all (grads, current students, self-taught, or experienced designers).

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer to help bring the next phase of Homi’s platform to life. This is a full‑time role with real ownership and a seat at the table from day one.

You’ll :

• Translate user needs and product goals into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Own the design process from wireframes to polished, clickable prototypes
• Collaborate closely with founders and developers to ship fast and often
• Build and evolve our design system and component libraries
• Run lightweight user testing and incorporate feedback quickly
• Work across web and mobile experiences as our platform grows
