Summary

The Customer Service Associate II is responsible for planning and scheduling driver routes as well as providing customer service support to drivers and client representatives.

This individual keeps records, monitors daily logs for discrepancies, performs investigative functions and emergency planning and solves daily delivery, inventory, equipment, employee and customer issues.

Compensation : Compensation for this role ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 annually

Shift : Monday to Friday 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm

Essential Functions

Provide customer service support to driver and client representatives in a transportation environment.

Investigate and solve daily delivery, inventory, equipment, employees and customers issues to ensure safe and efficient completion of work

Sequence and plan daily routing and all related activities.

Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance service on equipment on a regular basis and as needed.

Prepare manifests and delivery trip log for the warehouse and provide instructions of any changes to routes for loading the vans accordingly.

Ensure that emergency orders are delivered within expected timeframes.

Review Web TM to ensure stops are completed efficiently.

Complete and process all required logs, database and driver paperwork and segregate discrepancies from completed trips as required;.

Assist Logistics Supervisor or Logistics Manager in areas of quality control for driver administration, compiling location reports and dispatching such as weekly payroll, timecards, log book, billing information, accident and incident report and other reports, as needed.

Determine daily workloads and allocate drivers accordingly, utilizing the appropriate systems.

Identify opportunities to improve operations and make suggestions.

Description du poste :

Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de la logistique , le coordonnateur au service à la clientèle est responsable de planifier l’horaire des routes des chauffeurs, ainsi que de fournir un soutien aux chauffeurs et aux représentants du client.

Cette personne tient des rapports, vérifie les registres quotidiens des écarts, accomplit des fonctions d'investigation et de planification d'urgence, et résout les problèmes quotidiens de livraison, d’inventaire, d’équipement, de personnel et des clients.

Responsabilités :

  • Fournir le soutien du service à la clientèle dans un environnement de transport pour les chauffeurs et les représentants du client
  • Investiguer et résoudre quotidiennement les problèmes reliés à la livraison, l’inventaire, l'équipement, les employés et les clients, pour assurer l'achèvement sécuritaire et efficace du travail
  • Séquencer et planifier les routes quotidiennes et toutes les activités connexes
  • Planifier les réparations et les entretiens préventifs des équipements sur une base régulière et au besoin
  • Préparer les manifestes et les registres des trajets de livraison pour l'entrepôt et fournir des directives pour tout changement d'itinéraire afin de charger les véhicules en conséquence
  • Veiller à ce que les commandes urgentes soient livrées dans les délais prévus
  • Vérifier le Web TM pour s’assurer que les arrêts sont complétés correctement
  • Compléter et traiter tous les registres, les bases de données et documents des chauffeurs requis et séparer les écarts des trajets complétés, au besoin
  • Assister le superviseur de la logistique ou le gestionnaire de la logistique pour le contrôle de la qualité de l’administration des chauffeurs, en compilant et distribuant des rapports d’emplacement tels que la paie hebdomadaire, cartes de pointage, registres, informations de facturation, déclarations d'accidents et d'incidents et autres rapports au besoin
  • Déterminer les charges de travail quotidiennes et répartir les chauffeurs en conséquence en utilisant les systèmes appropriés.
  • Identifier les possibilités d'améliorer les opérations et faire des suggestions

Exigences :

Diplôme collegial / certificat technique (en logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou transport, ou expérience équivalente, Exigé).

Un (1) an ou plus Experience dans un poste similaire Exigé

Fortes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite. (Exigé).
