CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR - Permanent Opportunity

We are thrilled to partner with our south Edmonton client in their search for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.

The Opportunity

Our client is an industry leading service provider located in south Edmonton. They are actively searching for an experienced Administrator with contracts knowledge to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Contract Administration Team Lead you will be responsible for the following tasks.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Draft contracts using standard contract template.
  • Amend / update contracts as required.
  • Finalizing documents and contracts for signature.
  • Data entry into multiple in house systems.
  • Filing of WCB letters, Certificates of Insurance, etc.
  • Create contract summaries, conduct research to assist in risk assessment and negotiations.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
  • Experience working with contracts / legal documents.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience along with strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be a self starter with a positive and professional attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Must be a strong problem solver with excellent decision making skills.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a busy, friendly, fast paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate of pay based on experience. Free parking available!
