Brunel is currently seeking a Document Control Associate to work for a major international company in the battery business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company documents and records, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date maintaining company's document control system that ensures that documents are appropriately stored, tracked, and retrieved.
This includes assigning document numbers, maintaining revision control, and managing document distribution.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years experience in document control within a large company.
- Extensive knowledge of document control procedures and systems, esp. Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and omega Pims.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with other departments and personnel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines and departments to ensure that document requirements are met.
