Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Location : Brampton, ON L6Y 0P5

Weekend Availability : Mandatory (Saturday & Sunday – on-call basis)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead to support Mantoria’s B2B (Wholesale) and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor activities, ensuring accurate and compliant fulfillment of wholesale orders, and providing hands-on leadership to warehouse associates.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehouse operations, B2B fulfillment workflows, and value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and customized packaging. This individual will play a key role in maintaining productivity, quality, and service-level standards while supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse floor operations and provide direction to associates
• Train and coach team members on B2B and VAS workflows, SOPs, labeling requirements, and compliance standards
• Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and workflow efficiency
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Partner teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Provide daily operational updates to management and escalate risks or concerns as needed
