Bilingual Customer Service

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Monday to Friday day shift

In this role you will perform a variety of functions andinteract with wholesale customers and end customers. Your positive andprofessional manner will contribute greatly to the Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities :
- You will answer incoming calls from customers regardingorders and e-commerce purchases.
- You will process orders / returns, very customers, and processforms.
- You will resolve inquiries regarding customer orders.
- You will interact with customers in a professional manner.
Requirements :
- You have a high school diploma or post secondary diploma.
- You are fully bilingual in English and French.
- You have previous customer service / call centre experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellentcomputer skills.
- You are able to work in the office full time within a teamenvironment.
- You have excellent problem solving skills and customerservice mindset.
