Structural Designer - Vancouver or Calgary

We are a fast‑growing consulting firm redefining what’s possible in some of the world’s most complex projects. Our Canadian team is expanding, and we are recruiting a Structural Designer to join either our Calgary or Vancouver office.

About The Role

• Prepare 3D structural models and 2D structural drawings (steel and concrete) for mining projects.
• Interface with other disciplines (civil / earthwork, architecture, mechanical, piping, electrical) to ensure structural drawings incorporate other discipline requirements.
• Work effectively as a member of multi‑functional project teams.
• Perform site visits, inspect existing structures, and prepare drawings and sketches of existing structures.
• Liaise with engineers for direction, specifications and feedback.
• Maintain consistent design drafting standards across projects by communicating expectations and holding project members accountable.
• Participate in model reviews with the project team and clients.

Salary range : $84,000 – $106,000.

Expected salary is determined by qualifications, relevant experience and market conditions for the specific role.
