Position : Millwright
Tickets required : 433a.
Shift : Straight Dats Monday to Friday 7am to 3 : 30pm
Payrate : $40-$45 depending on experience.

In order to qualify for this role, you must have at least 4- 6 years of experience working as a millwright ideally from an automotive / steel background.

Responsibilities
- Maintain plant machinery & equipment from routine mechanical maintenance to complex machine & equipment repairs.
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery.
- Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures.
- Operate rigging equipment & dollies to place heavy machinery & parts.
- Fitting bearings, aligning gears & shafts, replace pumps, attach motors & connect couplings & belts to precise tolerances
- Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation and policies.
- Prevent premature breakdown of the equipment used in production and facility operation through continual predictive and preventative maintenance disciplines.
- Document repairs from service requests & PM’s
Qualifications
- possess a 433A Millwright license, OR a 442A / 309A Electrician license with strong mechanical abilities
- 5-10 years of experience as a licensed tradesperson
- previous experience in metal / machinery / automotive manufacturing environment
