Job Description
We are working with a Federal Government client seeking an Evaluation Consultant to join their team on a Remote, 1-year contract (part-time)
Roles and Responsibilities (included but not limited to) :
- Participate in an initial start-up meeting in-person or by MS Teams.
- Provide bi-weekly progress updates by email to, and in a format agreed to by, the Project Authority (continues through all phases);
- Conduct environmental scans as agreed;
- Review and provide feedback on technical reports of analyses of internal data;
- Conduct targeted key informant interviews and data collection for any additional lines of evidence jointly agreed upon for Phase 1 using approved instruments and protocols
- Conduct and complete remaining key informant interviews and data collection for all other lines of evidence using agreed upon instruments and protocols
- Prepare first draft evaluation report for review and feedback by the Project Authority
Qualifications and Skills :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge of the clinical trials ecosystem in Canada within the past ten (10) years
- Three (3) projects in the past five (5) years relevant to Program evaluation and / or impact assessment, Survey tool development and implementation, Key informant interviews, and Qualitative and quantitative data analysis & synthesis
- Bilingualism in French and English is an advantage
- Reliability clearance is required
