We’re looking for a team-orientated and experienced technical individual to join our Maintenance Department in the position of Maintenance Technician .
The schedule will follow a 3-day work week, working 12-hour shifts within our Sault Ste. Marie Plant at 45 White Oak Drive East.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and the facility.
This position includes providing preventative maintenance, repairs, diagnostic and troubleshooting services on a variety of production equipment and building systems.

What You’ll Do
- Effectively provide mechanical maintenance support to the day-to-day operations
- Monitor applicable systems and machines for acceptable performance
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures with respect to operations
- Equipment and Machinery Change Overs change operating characteristics of the equipment
- Parts Inventory Tracking monitor and requisition materials, supplies and spare parts as necessary to sustain equipment operation
- Maintain and upkeep maintenance records / logs (ie : PM’s, down time hours, etc.)

- What You’ll Bring
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma, with Electrical / Mechanical Diploma preferred
- Driver’s License, Forklift License, Aerial Platform / Fall Arrest, WHMIS
- Minimum of three years’ experience : most notably in industrial, mechanic and manufacturing
- Basic computer skills
