Responsibilities

• Assist Supply Chain with supplier outreach supplier assessments competitive sourcing
• Work with key business stakeholders to process requests
• Process shipments and relevant paperwork
• Create purchase requisitions
• Develop meaningful data analytics for presentations and to support negotiations
• Support implementation of digitized platforms including the launch of Invoice Audit and Coding system and the development of internal support documents
• Seek opportunities to drive savings to and efficiencies for the business and implement new processes or suppliers as needed
• Focus on change management strategies to further support colleagues internal customers and external partners as our business overall adapt to change
• Research markets to assist in strategy development and development of market expertise
• Other tasks as assigned
