Our Edmonton-based client is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to manage multiple regions within thepany. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Understanding strategy and tactical marketing, strong execution skills.
- Stakeholder engagement / management, professionalism andmunication skills important
- Someone that fits in the environment, can keep up with the fast-paced environment, able to pivot fast.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing budget management and ROI reporting. Need to have a strong understanding of how to distribute marketing budgets based on performance and measures to customer acquisition cost.
Skills required :
- Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ leading a marketing division.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets
- Able to lead marketing campaigns + work with external vendors.
- Knowledge of Residentialmercial Rental and lease-up strategies is a must!
This position will be 100% on site in the Edmonton office - remote / hybrid work not available.
