Overview

We are recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses for multiple long-term care communities in Victoria, BC. These homes provide complex and person-centred care, supported by strong interdisciplinary teams and a culture that encourages internal growth. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, resident-centred nursing care within a long-term care environment
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and support personalized care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, HCAs, Allied Health, and clinical leadership
• Maintain accurate clinical charting and support regulatory compliance
• Engage in a team-oriented, respectful, and supportive workplace culture
