Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Contact existing customers to identify needs and explore upselling opportunities.
- Order Processing : Efficiently handle incoming calls and orders.

- Lead Generation : Use cold and warm calls to generate leads.

- Quoting and Follow-Up : Provide accurate pricing quotes and follow up with potential clients.
- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot freight issues and address inquiries.
- Business Development : Identify and close business opportunities.
Required Qualifications :
- Sales Experience : 3-4 years in sales is preferred.
- Customer Service : 3-4 years in customer Service is preferred
- Skills : Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Product Knowledge : Familiarity with industrial and commercial products.
- Solution Selling : Understand the value proposition beyond price.
- Progressive Achievements : Demonstrated success in sales.
- Professional Approach : Business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Education : High school diploma required; post-secondary courses in Sales / Marketing preferred.
