What you'll do :
Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines
Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.
Complete Total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.
Complete remote appraisal(s)
Be team player, and a thought leader in problem solving, leading the example, and ensure the end customer experience is a key objective.
What you'll bring :
Auto Estimating experience (3-5 year minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset
Strong experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs, and prior estimating experience.
Familiar with industry standard Estimating System(s)
Good technical aptitude with databases / systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent PC Skills
Genuine curiosity and inquisitive mindset constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues
Can work to and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values
