The Opportunity
Join our team to empower children with autism spectrum disorder and their families to reach their full potential through individualized ABA therapy.
Work in ABA therapy center.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Conduct regular supervision of patients within your caseload via in-person sessions or telehealth, as clinically recommended.
Conduct assessments to identify the needs and progress of each child.
Provide training and support to families to help them understand and implement treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor and document the progress of each child and adjust plans as needed.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.
Experience / Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or in process)
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
