About the role
We are looking for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join our growing team!
Our primary focus is on the outperformance and growth of our agencies and external partners, with whom we cultivate and nurture strong business relationships through the planning of their sales and service call center staff.
What you'll do here :
- Gather, analyze, model and interpret data from various sources to provide workforce planning recommendations.
- Adapt and use forecasting models and tools.
- Produce structured analyses and performance reports relevant to business sectors and adapt them to the stakeholders to whom they are addressed.
- Support business sectors in the budget process.
- Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various partners inside and outside the workforce planning team.
- Find ways to simplify the way things are done, because you're not a fan of the status quo.
What you bring to the table :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Thoroughness and ability to research and collect data
- Ability to synthesize and share information
- Expert with Excel
- Strong ability with PowerPoint and Word
- Very good sense of organization and priorities
- Bilingualism (French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with French-speaking colleagues.
