Join a dynamic team as a procurement manager and help ensure the availability of products and materials needed for our operations.
Your Responsibilities :
- Carefully choose the merchandise that will best meet the needs of the company;
- Develop and maintain business relationships;
- Work closely with the various stakeholders in the company such as purchasing, transportation, receiving and shipping;
- Manage a work team of 6 people;
- Review various requests and verify their accuracy;
- Negotiate to obtain the best prices, discounts and / or payment terms from various resources;
- Prepare purchase orders;
- Follow up on pending orders and items not available from suppliers;
- Track the inventory of materials on our various sites;
- Maintain the tool rental register on construction sites.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement (construction sector an asset);
- Have a great aptitude for teamwork;
- Strategic thinking, sense of initiative, results orientation;
- Have implemented and / or managed procurement processes;
- Mobilizing leadership and business acumen;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in transportation logistics (asset);
- High level of computer and technology skills;
- Fluency in spoken English.
