We're looking for you to join our team as a Senior Manager, Indigenous Client Services in select locations across British Columbia.
As the Senior Manager, you'll be collaborating closely with partners on diverse tax matters such as planning, M&A, compliance, and tax exemptions.
Your role involves directing junior staff, ensuring accuracy, and conducting in-depth research to resolve clients' tax and compliance challenges.
As the Manager, you're committed to fostering long-term relationships within our organization and with clients, including Indigenous communities.
Key responsibilities include advising on tax planning, utilizing expertise in the Indian Act, organizing tax teams, and mentoring staff.

Requirements
- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral / written communication skills
- Professional Accounting designation
- Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous Culture, Governance, Treaties and Rights, Reconciliation and Indigenous History in Canada
- Experience working directly with Indigenous communities, governments and associations
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
