Human Resources Coordinator
Salary is 60,000-68,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus +2-3 Weeks of Vacation. The role is located in the North part of Brampton . This role requires someone to be in the office FIVE days per week.
This is a new role for the organization (non-union manufacturing), and they are looking for someone who is proactive and wants to really “own the role”!
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. This role provides administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, and employee relations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
- Prepare and process new hire documentation, including onboarding paperwork, payroll information, and benefits enrollment
- Support a positive and professional onboarding experience for new employees
HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, promotions, and transfersEnsure HR database and employee files are properly maintained and in compliance with company policies and employment legislationPayroll & Benefits Support
Support payroll administration by verifying timesheets, tracking attendance, and coordinating with payroll personnel to ensure accurate and timely processingRespond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and time-off policiesEmployee Support & Engagement
Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions, fostering open communication and a positive employee experienceAssist HR leadership with employee engagement initiatives, including satisfaction surveys, data collection, and analysisCoordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation updatesTraining & Development
Assist in organizing training and professional development sessionsTrack attendance, compliance requirements, and feedback related to learning initiativesCompliance & Process Improvement
Support compliance with employment standards, labour laws, and internal HR policiesAssist with HR process improvements and special projects as requiredRequirements and Qualifications :
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency with HR information systemsWorking knowledge of employment standards, labour laws, and workplace complianceStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skills and record-keeping abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving HR needsBasic knowledge of training coordination and employee development practices is an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
