Position : Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity.

Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday- 6.30 AM - 8 : 00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time)

Rest assured, you'll receive your schedule well in advance.

Location : Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hybrid - 1 day onsite, 4 days remote

Salary : 44, 535 $

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include :

• Efficiently resolving phone and email inquiries using different systems and tools promptly.
• Delivering precise responses to both existing and new members, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Engaging in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication abilities in both English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for quickly picking up various computer systems, including Windows-based platforms
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills through thorough investigation and timely decision-making
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent education
• Exceptional computer proficiency and multitasking prowess
• Prior experience in Customer Service or Call Centre roles is essential
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
