Position Summary :

As a Security Consultant on the Residential / Commercial sales team, you will work with homeowners and small to mid-size commercial clients to design custom security solutions by providing in-person consultations to design and quote custom security solutions in real-time.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Creating Self-Generated Leads (SGL’s) daily through a variety of proven prospecting activities
  • Responding to Company Generated Leads (CGL’s) and setting up appointments with prospective customers
  • Communicate with urgency to all prospective and existing customer sales requests
  • Weekly participation in sales team collaboration and training calls
  • Maintain an up-to-date & accurate sales funnel through our CRM
  • Seek out and attend product / service learning sessions
  • Smashing sales targets and helping our customers protect what matters most

  • You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota in a prior sales role.
  • You possess an innate competitive drive.
  • You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly.
  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or drop in to meet a prospective client.
  • You are excited to be using consultative sales strategies.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once.
  • You have experience tracking all of your sales activity in a CRM.
  • You're excited by the prospect of building your business and exceeding your sales targets.
  • You enjoy getting creative and like outside of the box thinking.
  • You possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
