Position Summary :
As a Security Consultant on the Residential / Commercial sales team, you will work with homeowners and small to mid-size commercial clients to design custom security solutions by providing in-person consultations to design and quote custom security solutions in real-time.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Creating Self-Generated Leads (SGL’s) daily through a variety of proven prospecting activities
- Responding to Company Generated Leads (CGL’s) and setting up appointments with prospective customers
- Communicate with urgency to all prospective and existing customer sales requests
- Weekly participation in sales team collaboration and training calls
- Maintain an up-to-date & accurate sales funnel through our CRM
- Seek out and attend product / service learning sessions
- Smashing sales targets and helping our customers protect what matters most

- You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota in a prior sales role.
- You possess an innate competitive drive.
- You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly.
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or drop in to meet a prospective client.
- You are excited to be using consultative sales strategies.
- You are highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once.
- You have experience tracking all of your sales activity in a CRM.
- You're excited by the prospect of building your business and exceeding your sales targets.
- You enjoy getting creative and like outside of the box thinking.
- You possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
