Wonderful state-of-the-art specialty dental practice in Victoria BC isseeking a part timeCDAto join their supportive team! This unique role supports three doctors two Prosthodontists and one Periodontist and offers a balance of clinical assisting and administrative responsibilities in a collaborative family-owned practice.

Flexible Schedule: 2432 hours per week

• Options include MondayWednesday or Monday Tuesday Thursday
• One week per month: assisting our Periodontist MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday 7:303:00 (Friday flexibility may be possible)
• Growth potential: Opportunity to transition into full-time as our practice expands

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for prosthodontic and periodontal procedures
• Taking CBCTs and Trios scans
• Organizing implants and surgical setups
• Assisting with periodontal surgeries
• Clinical administration (ensuring lab parts are scheduled and ready)
• Collaboration with our in-office laboratory
• Training available not all skills required at start

Qualifications

• Must be registered with BCCOHP
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive professional attitude with a focus on patient care
• Experience with surgery perio and implants is an asset
