LineStar Utility Supply is a major distributor of tools and equipment for the utilities, gas and telecommunication companies with branches across Canada. Our Dieppe branch is looking to hire an Office Administrator. The hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.
Duties include but not limited to :
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Order office supplies
- Filing and record keeping
- Data entry, invoicing, preparing reports
- Matching PO's with receiving paperwork, entering data into ERP system
- Maintain organization throughout office
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments
- Assisting with planning and execution of company events
- Other duties as required
